I received a call from the owner of the business on Friday, 7/3/stating he would purchase the part and install it that day Later on 7/3/I received another call stating he was at the store to purchase the part, but the store was closed He said he would get the part and install it on Monday, 7/6/ Just received a telephone call from him stating he went to the store but is unable to find the part, but would keep looking and let me know when he found it.So, previous to my complaint to your organization he said he was busy but would install it "next week but never did Now he calls but states he can't get the part No difference, work still not done
Your e-mail said you resolve this complaint, but did not say how.This situation started in MarchThe owner of the business failed to respond for many months, and when he responded after I contacted you, he did not do anything different than what he did before. He finally contacted me on July 27th, months after he initially did the work. I was moving out of the house that day, so told him it was too late.This is unacceptable. He should not have an A+ Revdex.com rating. He was on the Good Contractor's list, which Is where I found his information. Within a month after I found him there he was no longer on that list, and someone from that organization called me to find out if he did the work I hired him for
