Review: My office orders food from this establishment a lot and it has continuously gotten worst. We order food and they promise to bring it at certain time and show up hours late. After ordering food at 11 am today and asking for it to be here at 12pm (which they agreed to on phone). The food never showed up , and they took their phone of the hook, so at 12:45pm I drove down to pick it up myself. When I got there nobody was at the counter and I wait another 10 mins til somebody came out. The girl asked what I was there for . I said to pick up my order that was to be delivered at 12 pm. She looked at slip and said oh they asked for it at 12pm but we didnt promise that. They never told us on the phone that they could not deliver it at that time either. No discount or anything apologizes were offered and after getting to my office I noticed they still charged me a delivery fee of $2.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund due to terrible management , cold soggy and old food.
