Customer ordered two pieces of glass, one had to be special ordered with a lead time of two weeks. the other glass he requested asap and due to questions on the order and it took over a week to make.  We agree it took several days longer than he was promised and we agree to refund the money for...

that glass. The other item was special ordered and customer agreed there was nothing wrong with this part of the order, but wanted a full refund. when asked why we should refund  this part of the order he became upset, threatened a lawsuit and hung up. there was not  full discussion.  we agree to refund, in full, the amount for the insulated glass that wasn't on time.
