I am rejecting this response because:
Attached, please find the following documents in support of our claim.  They include:          * Copy of our award letter accepting the Contractor's proposal, wherein the Contractor's written comments include, "this is doing everything properly and to the fullest".     * Copy of our paid invoice from Contractor denoting date and amount of payment.     * Video of the water leak in progress dated and furnished to Contractor on June 17, 2015, following written notice dated May 24, 2015.     * Written text message response from Contractor dated June 17, 2015, indicating they would take action to correct the problem. We believe that our claim is very simple, and in our opinion, not all that challenging to accomplish.  We expect the Contractor to provide a leak-free roof installation, and have subsequently repeatedly requested that they take action to warrant their work.  To date, they have refused to take said action, even after indicating in writing that they would do so. Obviously, we are disappointed that the Contractor has not seen fit to honor their obligations.  We would encourage them to reconsider and move as quickly as possible to correct the defect, as we wish to avoid any further damage to the interior of the home for which the Contractor might be responsible.

furnace.  If youremember the email I sent you during construction of your roof job, (March 10,2015) I sent you four pictures of your furnace and recommended you call an ACcontractor and provided you with my personal AC contractor.  I indicated to you that we did not do AC workand what you told us was this, “I will figure it out, and you do your job.”  So we proceeded to installing your roofing properly.  You have tried BULLYING us around over thisissue and we have been nothing, but professional and timely.  Reminder: Warranty will be voided if integrityof roof is tampered with.

In reference to the job we completed on March 13, 2015 wehave had record amounts of rainfall this year, Totaling close to twenty-fiveinches of rain.  Your first complaintabout a roof leak came at the end of May after several months of lots of rain.  I went and sealed around the furnace pipe andalso mentioned to you that your cupola had large cracks in the seams.  This is a product you got custom made withanother company, I suggested and asked you if you would like me to seal thisarea, because there was a good chance this was part of your roofingproblem.  The leak is actually directlybelow your cupola.   Solution: My suggestion is to get together in a professionalmanner and put water over the roofing to see if the roofing is the issue.  We can meet Monday-Friday between9am-6pm.  If it ends up the roofing isthe issue, we have no problem water proofing your home.  Are you interested in this offer?  If so please call and schedule [redacted]
