new Pella Distributor we sent technicians and our Install Manager out to Mr***'s home to assess the issueIt was concluded that the window and installation was done in accordance to specThe cause of the water issue was that the gutter was pulled away from the roof line allowing water to drip down the side of the house and enter the mullion of the bay window and causing the warping of the seatMr*** was informed that since the installation was done in accordance to spec and by another company that was no longer in business, that we could refer him to a current installer for repairs, that he would be responsible forIf the product was at fault then we would stand behind the Pella Warranty for the product, the window is however outside of the Pella Warranty
