My family and I had a terrible experience with this funeral homeI, at 24, was planning my mother's funeralThe funeral director was very rude and unsympathetic to our needsWe were looking through pictures of casket flowers and didn't particularly like any of the things they had made in the past, so we asked to go to another floral shop and we would then decideHe told us if we got busy and for out our mother "Just wouldn't have flowers on her casketThat's why we do it here because if you forget, it's your fault." While picking out a casket, I asked a simple question about the color of the casketThe director completely ignored meWhen I asked if he was going to answer my question, he replied that sometimes he's thinking of personal things and he tunes people outWhen we were making a financial agreement with him, there was a misunderstanding about cash and creditI asked if he could please talk to his partner about the situation and come back and give us an answerHe pointed the paper in my direction and said, "Look, it's not that hard to understand." There were easily 500+ people at my mother's funeral and I will never recommend this funeral home to any of them because of how they treated us
