Over payment of deductible.
Was paying 10.00 a visit. Was told my agent that I was maxed our. Receptionist said it is not in computer. Called billing and they said "Oh yes you are maxed out" I told them to let receptionist know. I paid 80.00 over of what I should have pd. This has been going on since July 17th,2019 I have not received any payback yet!!! When I speak to billing and management I get the same story,"billing processed on the 20th of the month". Above manager and was given an address that is incorrect.
Please help I am out 80.00 and don't understand why no one saw this mistake before I did, and why are they allowed to hold my money for 3 months.
