Prospect [redacted] & [redacted] applied on 2/4/, were approved with conditions on 2/26/ , to move in April 15th and they cancelled canceled on 3/13/ The current resident who was supposed to move out 3/31/canceled his notice vacate on 3/20/ when he found out that the prospects ( [redacted] & [redacted] ) canceledI know Maricela Moreno the Assistant Manager was corresponding through emailing with [redacted] because she lived in Tinley Park IL and [redacted] resided in San Antonio TX The only time we met or spoke with [redacted] was when they came in to apply It was taking longer than anticipated to receive all the necessary documents we needed to complete their applicant 2/24/we received email from [redacted] with part of the information we needed on their rental verification3/4/we received email from [redacted] that we would receive extra deposit the next week3/8/Maricela replied letting [redacted] know we would wait for her to come in with the extra Deposit3/13/ We received email from [redacted] stating that they would not be taking the apartment after allOur applications state if apartment is held for applicant for more than THREE days, all monies deposited shall be retained by Landlord as liquidated damages Application signed by both [redacted] and [redacted] on 2/4/We worked with [redacted] & [redacted] because [redacted] gave us no indication that they would not take the apartment unitl we received the her email on 3/13/ Please let me know if need any more informationThank you, [redacted] ***
