I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I have provided a few attachments including an email from live auctioneer The first attachment was really their worst miss representation as you can see nothing is mentioned at all about the fact that the entire box of contents has water damage and possible smoke damage as if involved in a fire I tried to contact them on several occasions before sending the complaint to the Revdex.com, in hopes they would resolve this issueI sent around emails along with pictures of some of the damgeI thought well maybe they didn't know and would provide a refund They never replied to any email or message left nor did they reply back to bidder support from *** *** They are a deceptive business, and should have their license taken, so deceptive you can even tell in the response back to this complaint "as is" they knew what they sold me was worthless and misrepresented in the descriptions and pictures on a online auctionSo lesson learned the hard way, I'm done with them I would never do business with them and I quit doing business with *** *** for allowing a company like this on their site

The statements are there's no way to review an item other than the picture supplied by the auction house and description Understatement is a short box of to Batman comics and there's not one single Batman comic in the box I would say that misrepresenting what you are putting up for auction Also when two boxes after opening them have visible water damage I would say that misrepresenting what you are sellingWhy would you offer worthless comics in a box and not state that I drove three states to pick these up and I was rushed out the door by two of your people who stacked in the boxes outside the door and did not make it known that I was able to open the boxes and go through the comicsNot in my opinion a good practice you know the comics were in boxes you know there's no way to go through all of them and you also know that you rushed me out the door is if I was not allowed to be inside your building

Merchandise is sold on an "As Is" basis. We encourage everyone to inspect the merchandise before the auction. He came in to the gallery and picked up the merchandise and left, there is nothing further we can do after it has been taken off the property
