In response to the Business, I came into the dealership with a loan that I had applied for on my own and was looking to use that loan to retrieve a vehicle and was not given the opportunity to do soThe whole reason of applying for an auto loan was to not have to go through the hassle of getting my credit ran again because that causes your score to be affectedHowever, the dealership did not acknowledge my loan that I bought in and did not want to accept the loan because they wanted me to use their banking company, which I do believe is not fair! I feel that if I was of different race I would have been able to get a vehicle with the loan Furthermore, it is fine the damage is done, but I will not return to that dealership nor will I recommend anyone to that particular dealership in the near future Regards, [redacted] ***

Since the trade vehicle was signed over to the dealership when the customer took delivery of her new vehicle, we were not able to return the trade vehicle to the customer until we received confirmation from the bank that the funds were not available to cover the check.We received confirmation from
the Bank on 12/and contacted *** ***'s, she then picked up her vehicle

The soft top that was ordered by the customer was on backorder from the manufacturer and just came inI am told my the Parts Manager that the soft top came in this week and the customer is scheduled to have it installed. We apologize for the delay

I am rejecting this response because:The advertised sticker on the internet lists a line item for the tires and wheels that are in dispute. It also lists the price of the wheels. The dealer therefore doesn't need to order the sticker. I paid for the wheels and tires when I bought the car, I just don't have them yet. If the dealer needs the sticker it should come in any day now, but it will say the same thing as the internet version since the internet version backs up the previous ads showing the car with the wheels listed on the sticker.

Michael C[redacted], made a deal with them regarding the remaining payments on
their [redacted], when in fact MrC[redacted] does not get involved with
any type of negotiations in regard to vehicle pricing and payoffs. Mr
C[redacted] completes the paperwork after the terms of the sale have already
been agreed to by the customers and our Sales Managers in the showroom.
According to both the salesperson and the Sales Manager, **& [redacted]
agreed to the reimbursement of $1061.60, which is the check they
received. Michael C[redacted] filled out a check request in the amount of
$while **& [redacted] where sitting with him in his office and
reviewed with the customer the amount of money they would receive back.

I am rejecting this response because:I checked with the facility that did this the service they assured and shorten shored me that it was broke before they even did the work and you guys were the last ones to do the oil change so it was your check technics and that broke it and now you don't want to fix it and no I would not of had oil spraying all over the place or a Light because of the oil filters would have prevented the light and the oil spray. I am rejecting this response because:The response is not true. First lie# 1) The sales person Ralphael came in for a brief 3 second period in the fiancé office. he was not present during this conversation.  Lie# 2) We indeed asked several question in the fiancé office too Mr. C[redacted] in regards to the remaining payments. The number was 4 at $1,637.01. Why was this not put into the "WEO'"??????? Why did you not answer that question. This dealerships response still has not answered our question. The amount would have been in writing, and this would not even be an issue. The dealerships had all intentions of scamming us and that's exactly what they did.
