Review: This complaint is twofold:
1) I have a leak in my bedroom that was addressed with the super 4 weeks ago and has YET to be resolved. When Management was looped in last week there is still yet to be a resolution. The ceiling is falling in my bedroom and is causing major disturbance when inclement weather and the paint from the wall is now peeling and falling down, more & more each day. This is now becoming a health issue as the walls have been wet and dried and then re-soaked each time it rains and mold is a major concern. My roommate and I are both very allergic to mold.
2) There have been 6+ water shut-offs for "repairs" or no valid reason. I moved in a little over a MONTH ago and there have been SO many issues with our unit.
What used to be our lovely, quaint apartment is now becoming unlivable. This needs to be addressed and handled ASAP and we have already alerted management that we will not be paying rent until all is fully resolved. Once resolved, we are requesting a rent reduction as this has forced us to sleep elsewhere for many nights out of our lease thus far.Desired Settlement: What used to be our lovely, quaint apartment is now becoming unlivable.
