Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The Abington Surgical Center is responding and listing an email and phone call where they communicated my estimated responsibility amount for my surgeryThese amounts are not the final amounts, and even if they are the contracted amounts, the surgical center did not advise that they would cancel my surgery if I did not pay the full amount listed or any specific amountMy original question to them, is why didn't they explicitly state that I needed to bring the full amount listed as my responsibility, or a specific amount in order for my surgery to take place? Why did they not allow me to login in, and initiate payment arrangements prior to surgery? I am rejecting this response because:
The Abington Surgical Center is responding and listing an email and phone call where they communicated my estimated responsibility amount for my surgery. These amounts are not the final amounts, and even if they are the contracted amounts, the surgical center did not advise that they would cancel my surgery if I did not pay the full amount listed or any specific amount. My original question to them, is why didn't they explicitly state that I needed to bring the full amount listed as my responsibility, or a specific amount in order for my surgery to take place?
