company has reached out to Mr*** and we are resolving the matter directlyMr*** company came to us for a auto title transfer serviceAll communication was directly with their secretary and Mr*** never appeared or spoke directly with any of our staff regarding the title transferThe problem was that the original title contained the entity name (*** *** ***) and an individual name (*** ***)The secretary told our staff they wanted to remove *** ** *** and change to another individual's name (*** ***)We told their secretary that if they wanted it like this then they would be subject to pay sales taxHowever, they did not want pay the sales tax so they agreed to remove the individual name onlyKing Solomon did exactly what the customer asked forHowever, once everything was done, Mr*** called us to complain that we did it wrong Mr*** says we put the incorrect nameHe did not want Provest Group Inc as the nameHe wanted only *** *** to appear on the titleWe have a record of all the paperwork that was signed by *** ** *** and *** C*** and *** *** ***. All communication was directly with their secretary and Mr. [redacted] never appeared or spoke directly with any of our staff regarding the title transfer.
