Sent: Friday, August 05, 4:PM Subject: RE: Case # [redacted] - King Solomon Multi- Services Good Afternoon, We are replying back to the letter dated 07/27/from the Revdex.com regarding the complaint referenced above from [redacted] Currently, our company has reached out to Mr [redacted] and we are resolving the matter directlyMr [redacted] company came to us for a auto title transfer serviceAll communication was directly with their secretary and Mr [redacted] never appeared or spoke directly with any of our staff regarding the title transferThe problem was that the original title contained the entity name ( [redacted] ***) and an individual name ( [redacted] )The secretary told our staff they wanted to remove [redacted] and change to another individual's name ( [redacted] )We told their secretary that if they wanted it like this then they would be subject to pay sales taxHowever, they did not want pay the sales tax so they agreed to remove the individual name onlyKing Solomon did exactly what the customer asked forHowever, once everything was done, Mr [redacted] called us to complain that we did it wrong Mr [redacted] says we put the incorrect nameHe did not want Provest Group Inc as the nameHe wanted only [redacted] to appear on the titleWe have a record of all the paperwork that was signed by [redacted] and [redacted] C [redacted] and [redacted] *** Mr [redacted] company paid for two title transactionsWe believe we did exactly what they asked for and did tell him that if he wanted us to go back then we would have to charge him again, only because it was not our mistakeAttached are documents related to the complaint We take pride in trying to serve our customers in the best way possible, so we are trying our very best to resolve this issue immediatelyThank you for your time and consideration regarding this issue Kind Regards, Veronica [redacted] Specialist King Solomon Service Agency, Inc
