Review: My lg referigerator has a water dispencer that stopped working. Abl appliance was called. When the technician was here on Oct 17th 2013

he stated to me that the water resovior is frozen solid and that the unit should remain off for 12-24 hours to defrost. the technician charged me

$55.00. plus tax. I gave him $60.00 in cash and he could keet the rest as a tip. Immediately after the technician left I looked at the resovior.

there was water in it , not ice. I removed the resovior and emptied out the water with no ice whatsoever. I then called abl customer service and explained

the tech was in error. They stated they would have him call me. The tech called me back. He stated it must be a valve or something. I called the company back

and asked for a different technician because even an untrained eye can see that there was no ice blockage. They said yes and that they would send someone else

on oct. 18. aAfew minutes later the technician called my phone and yelled at me stating " Whats your problem!" " What is this [redacted] your saying?" I then stated

"do not call me again" and hung up. I again called the company and told the office that the tech was making harassing calls and cursing! I asked that they tell him to stop

calling me. Customer service then stated that they cant get someone else to look at my refigerator until next week , apparantly the more I complained the less the would do. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager would not talk to me. I am out $ 60.00 and problem not fixed or diagnosed yet. Terrible diagnosis and awful customer service!
