I checked into the Baymont Inn on November 15, 2018, late in the eveningI was greeted by a most unpleasant man who barely spoke ***Was given a room on the second floor in the backThe room had no heat! Keep in mind there was a snow storm outside and I had been flying since 5am, *** timeAfter several flight delays and cancellations, I really just wanted to get to sleepCalled the front desk to report no heatNobody picked up the phone so went down to the lobby to ask for a room with heatThe man was tending to other people so told me I would have to waitAfter at least minutes, he said he would have to check if there was no heatAfter determining there was indeed no heat, he gave me another room--this one without a working toilet! At this point I decided to go to sleep and deal with it in the morningAt that time, I noticed torn rugs, mouldy shower curtain and bath mat along with blood stains on the pillow cases
I went to the front desk to complain about
There were numerous problems with this hotel and stay My family and I stayed there the night of July 14th Among the most glaring issues with the facility was the unfriendly and unprofessional staff, no hot water, filthy room, and it took hours to receive a roll-away bed
