I am rejecting this response because:Some information here is not satisfyingI spoke with the manager after Revdex.com contacted them She invited me to the office to discussI went overShe told me about my mother in love not opening the door for themmy mother in love was there that day to help with the new born, and my wife was taking my daughter to her school. My mother in love does not speak English and did not know what to do, so kept the door closedThey somehow also taught, there are other people live in my apartment as well, came up in that conversation without any proofOf task but I was surprised with this incorrect info.My first complaint, whether it was oral or by call, was in Jul 28th, but for the ants only thoughThey first came at September 16thThey say it was September 7th, the first it was reported, in fact this day I reported ants along with miceThis date was the date I went on the office, and made sure that they have seriously taken the note of my complain, and place a maintenance order in their systemI had to stand by their computer, stare at it and make sure it is put in their system since I figured phone calls were not helpingWhen they first came in, the manager stated that she was there as well and she checked with the world wide person for mice drops and could not see anyI told them that my wife cleaned them upI also helped her with cleaning. We also disposed the groceries the mice got intoI think they expected us to keep it untouched until we have them in without knowing whenFor them it is still a gray area, since they did not see mice dropsAlso, my daughter does not have any psychotherapy treatment at this point however I found the phrase "tend to have a pre existing" judgmentalMy daughter started to scream when see sees ants within this particular time frameHer teacher confirmed her behavior after this time frame as well The manager mentioned that she could let me out with no fees for terminations and refund of the fees such as admission if I understood right. I stated that I want to stay but I want to be treaded fairly and my services being provided to meI am now in a probationary period to see their business and would be happy to stay as long as the circumstances we experienced does not repeat I may need an additional month for decisionBesides, if this concerns continues, I believe the offer they give is not enough and I still would need the moving expenses to be coveredAs I also mentioned to them as well, This place is convenient for me location wise and I have an intend to stay

Mr. [redacted] came to office to complain he was seeing mice and ants in his apartment on Monday, September 07,2015. We explained that pest control would be there on Wednesday September 9th. [redacted] Pest control and myself went to his apartment on September 9th and his mother in law would not let us...

in, therefore we could not treat without permission to enter. Mr. [redacted] came back to the office on Friday , September 11th and wanted pest control to come. I called [redacted] and asked if they could come out on Saturday but they were not able to but could come but would come out Wednesday, September 16th. [redacted] did come and treated for ants and mice. I walked unit with Pest control and they found no evidence of mice but saw a 2 inch hole and wall and placed blocks in hole between dish washer and cabinets. the unit was also retreated on 09/30/2015 and repeated treatment. We have no received any complaints since from Mr. [redacted] and feel we have completed out obligation to satisfaction. I have since talked to Mr. [redacted] and he has also stated he has had no more issues. I have stated to Mr. [redacted] that we would be willing to release him from his obligation to his apartment if he feels he have not fulfilled to his satisfaction. I also informed him that we would not fulfill his settlement to get his daughter pyscotherapy as her condition tends to be pre existing and not from this situation alone. I also informed Mr. [redacted] at no time did he mention to us that his groceries were ruined and never asked us for replacement as there were no signs of mice in food pantry from inspection or no discussion of such complaint to manager or office staff. We believe we have satisfied above complaint and wish this complaint be dismissed with no reprecussions to management, staff or community.Thank you,[redacted]Community Manager
