Dear *** ***,We are Able Auto Specialist, Incand we thrive at customer service! We have great reviews from many customers and we've been in business since We go out of our way to help women!To begin with the car was registered to *** *** of Little Falls, NJ when it was towed in to
our shop from another repair shop on *** *** as they couldn't help them.When the car was towed in to our shop it was smoking from multiple locationsAfter performing diagnostic we found out that it needed (invoice dated 3/31/16) a valve cover gasket, right front axle , axle seal, air filter, spark plugs and coil on plug bootsWe got in touch with the owners and advised them honestly that they should return the car to the seller in NJ as they have recently purchased itThe owners decided to proceed with the repairs and had the seller give us credit card payment over the phone of $towards their $1,invoice The balance on the invoice was paid a few days laterAt that time they have also asked us to do an inspection on the car as they needed a PA inspection.We then performed an inspection on the carThe car did not pass inspection due to repairs needed to pass PA inspectionAttached is the invoice dated 4/21/All prices were given to the owners prior to starting the repairs so that they knew what to expect.We waited about weeks to get paid as they kept on calling us and telling us they don't have the moneyWe didn't mind helping themWe didn't charge them extra for storing the car here all that timeWe were nice enough to be patient and waited to get paid.We asked the owners to provide us with proper insurance card and PA registration but they failed to do so, and for that reason we couldn't issue them an inspection sticker tho the repairs were done.At that point *** *** *** became irate in front of our shop, yelling , cursing, making all kind of threats and acted very uncivilizedThis is not how we conduct our business, we truly tried to help her in every way, not our fault she failed to register the car and provide proper paper work.Sincerely,Able Auto Specialist, Inc
