I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here]after continuous arguments over the work you have performed, you openly admitted to your employees mistakes and expressively said in response to my comment which was.....if your employees messed up the work that they were supposed to do, you need to take responsibility over their mistakes and correct it. You have agreed and said, "I do take responsibility," When in fact you haven't owned up to your employees mistakesYour employees messed up a perfectly good hood, fender, and did a terrible job on the parts that were to be repairedIn turn you only want to paint just a bumperSo instead of creating less work, there is more workI have been patient, and understanding to your business and waited on you on countless occasions to repair your employees mistakes...and yet you still haven't accepted responsibility for your employees mistake's and fight for something you know is a mess all aroundIf this is how you treat clients, let alone someones daughter, I feel very sorry for your siblings when this happens to themIt's too bad your so blinded by your ignorance instead of doing something the right way as you supposedly say you run your businessI am declining your response, know what they say, you can't teach an old dog knew tricks...so keep doing what you do best, that's defecating on your best clients and see what you get in returnYou get more bees with honey than flies with saltI resent how you discriminate me based on my age, and sexThat too will make a world of a hello soonSo yea...you best believe that your discrimination against me will be knocking on your front door and your terrible worm to bat"ON THE RECORD"

[Your Answer Here]
Columbia brothers did not perform the work properly and I did not sign any paperwork regarding satisfactory completion. The additional work the company is talking about is false. The additional work that had to be done to the vehicle was that of the body shops responsibility due to the fact that the job had been done backwards. I was told that OEM parts were put on the car, which in fact were not. The insurance paid for OEM parts as requested. The front bumper was not properly prepped even if it was an after market bumper...there should always be proper steps when painting plastic, for instance, adhesive,Sanding, priming and painting plus clear coat. This was not done and was just sprayed on which caused the paint to peel off. Not to mention the fact that the mid coat is the most important coat in matching color which also was not done properly as my carwas 2 different colors. The owner Mike insisted that the color would "oxidize" as if it were getting a full head of highlights. This is paint, not hair color. They cracked the paint on the fenders due to careless mounting causing rust and cracking to the good right side fender as well which now has to be painted... which was also fully touched up on both side connecting to the bumpers with white paint that looked like white out. During the time of visual inspection immediately after I received the car back I went back to the shop to show them the poor work that was done. As the sun hit the hood, you can see the hood was painted 3 quarters of the way. It's 2 different colors...no one asked you to paint over a perfectly good hood and paint job which he now destroyed. I was told they were to blend the doors which would be the proper way to paint "pearl". So instead of creating less work, they caused more work for me. I repeatedly responded back to Mike the owner who was rude, and obnoxious and continued to make insulting remarks not only to my face but also to my mother whom didn't get it. He said he was going to do the truck over again and upon arrival for drop off date he became unruly, rude, loud and vulgar and said, we only had a deal to paint the bumper. They ruined the whole front of the car after the only 3 things to be painted was the left fender, the bumper, and blending the doors. Now I have to sand the hood, both fenders, get a new OEM bumper, and blend the doors. This job was small and I don't care how long you may have been in business, if you don't have the skill to paint pearl then don't take the job. It takes precision and expertise to paint a color like this. There was absolutely no base coat at all. The years in business behind a door and behind a desk does not constitute good business, there are a lot of unhappy people. Now since you say I'm young and stupid cause I'm a female and "I'm right" cause I'm young is an obnoxious and rude comment. At 32 years of age, no one has ever spoken to me in the mannerism that thus place has. And then they continue to act like jerks and tell me the only thing I'm getting is 500 dollars?. Have no fear, now I know why you gave me 2 different estimates..one to me and one for insurance. There is only 1 estimate. Not 2. And there was no additionalAL work that needed to be done. They created the additional work and should be held responsible for destroying a perfectly good car.  I should not have to pay the price for their mistakes, I want the 3200 dollars back so that the new shop can do the proper work that needs to be done before all the paint on my car comes off like a sheet of paper. Every single shop I know from the 5 boros to Westchester county will vouche for me and will definitely be in court  to explain how a "real" job should be done.
