Repairs took 5 months to complete. While they had the vehicle all that time, the aftermarket tires on factory wheels were stolen and the vehicle suffered numerous scratches in the paint. I had to fight with them to get everything right. They tried to pass off a grill from a lower trim level. They tried to push used factory tires on me. They argued against fixing scratches they caused. They could never fix the computer correctly and I had to go back again and again and again for error lights. The bumper sonar was stuck in warning beep. Finally I had to get it fixed at the dealership. To top everything off they lied out of covering extra days of renting another vehicle which they themselves caused to be needed. What a nightmare. I will never go back. Never.
