We did what we were supposed to do that was on the contract we put molding all around indoor and out door porch was not included on the contract to satisfied the customer, on the out door porch we removed the rotted wood and put 1*that was very clear on the contract after we did the job days later she called and complained the house is very old to put more molding around the house

This company is a shamHired them to make a small roof repairOnce I signed a contract and put down deposit, they did not show up to do the work as promisedOnce they did show up they started repair and said that the repairs would cost an additional thirty three hundred dollarsSince they had left a hole in my house , I had to have them finish jobHe said job would take several days to justify the priceHe finished job in half a day when he finally showed up with workersI had to make several calls to get them returnThe address listed on invoice does not existThey are still in business and advertising in [redacted] and other local ads I have since checked with other contractors and they said I was overcharged by at least three thousand dollars

After doing my homework, for shopping around for a real reliable contractor one who is responsible and does their job correctly, I would definitely, and most honorably recommend these group of peopleI paid them more and provided lunch for these guysI had a major assignment done to the back of my house, corrected by them along with other jobs including a porch additionI personally consider them my own personal contractor from this time forwardMy homeowners insurance is pleased with their work

He dealt directly with our insurance company (wind damage) and us throughout the process from immediate emergency protection to prompt completion. We could not begin to recommend anyone half as much as we do Jason. He was there every step of the way completely through the final reimbursement check from our insurance company. this team went out of their way to do our job.they were on time,courteous,and dedicated to do the job correctly.they came back to finish details after the job was done.i'd recommend them to everyone.

The Able Construction did an excellent job of replacing the roof on my gambrel style barn as well as a smaller barn. They were hard working, courteous and ever-mindful to pick up any debris and nails so my animals (and me) would not get hurt. I would hire them again in a heartbeat if the need arise.

Review: snow shoveled off roof after feb. storm. shingles broken during procedure. contractor said to notify him if more found. several (6 or 7) phone calls, with left messages, failed to get a response. I believe he is deliberately avoiding me.Desired Settlement: repair damage
