Able Cooling Service Inc

I took my drone into this place to get fixed, they informed me that they would not be able to fix it there and that they would send it to the manufacturerI asked at that time if I should just send in the drone myself instead of through them (because I figured they would have a fee to do so) they said that there would be no difference and so I left it with themI then received a phone call telling me it would be $$$$ and I told them just to get it back because I found a local company to fix thenThey then informed me that the manufacturer charges an $fee for units sent back without repair doneI have now been waiting over a month to receive my drone and they have stopped returning my phone calls via web "contact us" and cant get a shipping tracking number or them to call the company to find out what is going onI called the company myself but since it was sent in under there name they wont release any information to me
