Review: The company is billing us for services provided to another entity within the same address, and when contacted to correct the issue, [redacted], refuses to correct the problem and has become confrontational.Desired Settlement: We simply wish not to be billed for services that were not provided to us, and we need their account to reflect the proper responsible party.

This email is in response to the Revdex.com complaint that was filed against Able Fire Prevention Corp. located at [redacted]
On July [redacted], 2014 I received a telephone call from,
Upon [redacted]’s call to me she stated that she didn’t understand why she was being billed so much money, I then asked her for the invoice number and the address that we had on file, as I checked and informed her that I will call her back immediately that I had all the information that she was disputing, , she requested a copy of all forms that I had in my system which I that point I emailed them to her.
When [redacted] received the invoice and signed work order she became very nasty and disrespectful, I informed her that I dissolve the issue but I would have to wait for our technician to come in the following day, and I would keep her posted at which time she agreed, as far as I was concerned confirmed by her response she was okay with me speaking with my technician.
[redacted] then sent me an email stating that I was not listening to her again, when in fact I sent her everything she requested, she stated that she wanted to speak with the building superintendent and she would get back to me, at which point I spoke with my boss and asked what I could do, I did research while waiting for [redacted]’s response which I never received, during my research I found that; [redacted].
Was responsible for the invoice NOT Aster OB/GYN all corrections were made and sent to [redacted] attention to [redacted] , [redacted] didn’t give me or my billing department the opportunity to inform her of the correction as it was towards the end of the day, my billing department tried contacting her but there was no response or voice mail set up to leave a message, On Monday July [redacted], 2014 I received a letter from the Revdex.com with a complaint filed.
We would like to get this issue resolved, Able Fire Prevention Corp, has never had a complaint in all of our years of business.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. Thought the response from the business does not accurately reflect the events that led us to reach out to the Revdex.com, the fact that Able fire states that they are now billing the correct responsible party resolves the conflict.
