Review: Never received my order of 2 signs and letters for the signs. Total amount was $264.82. When I tried to contact their customer service there is a message and then it hangs up on you. After trying to contact them through email and telephone, I finally got through to a sales rep who informed me the company had been taken over and they would send me a check from outside the U.S. However the sales rep. did not ask what the order number was and I when I asked her to repeat my address information back to me, she was not able to do so prompting me to think she just wanted to get off the phone with me. I would like a refund of the full amount. The order number is [redacted] placed on Aug. **, 2013.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $264.82

Review: I sent back an unused product according to their policy and email I was sent. I first contacted them on how to return the product in May, and had to keep calling/emailing for directions until July. When I finally got an email telling me the exact directions on how to return the product, I sent it in immediately. I have called and left 10-12 messages, and sent the same amount of emails for the progress of my return. The last email (and any type of communication) was through email on July *. This email said I would have the refund within a few days. Since then I can not get anyone to return phone calls or emails regarding my refund. I have called them twice this week alone.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for the unused product. It was 5 dozen purple bowls. The total was around $60.00.

Review: Order # [redacted] was placed on ** August, and 24 stainless steel shelf clips were ordered.

The shipped product was not stainless steel, rather it was zinc plated steel and is unacceptable for my application.

I have called twice and not received a return call. I have also sent a note via Able Kitchen's web site, and have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I want to receive the stainless steel parts that I ordered.

Review: I placed an order, on August [redacted], for four items I had previously, successfully ordered from Able Kitchen. As of today (September *), these items have still not been delivered. According to their web site, the order is still "processing." I have called numerous times and keep receiving their recording that "all customer service agents are busy. I have opened two "help" tickets, neither of which have been replied to.Desired Settlement: I need the products delivered or confirmation that they are unable to fulfill the order.

Review: I ordered Salt and Pepper Shakers for our Catering operation on April **, 2013.

On April **, I got a notice that the item was out of stock.

My credit card was charged for items. $1102.44

I have called and asked for a refund.

I spoke with [redacted] who answered the phone. He told me that [redacted], the accounting person was out of the country and he would call me when he was back. [redacted] never called.

I called again and was told that [redacted] would call me.

I called again and was given [redacted]'s email address. I sent a note and there was not a replyDesired Settlement: Please refund Credit Card. We paid the sum to avoid interest charges so we seek no interest, just a prompt repayment.

Review: Products that were delivered were of poor quality. They were promptly returned to Able Kitchens. This ongoing incident started January [redacted] 2013 and is still continuing. I have called several times to #

###-###-#### and have been repeatedly told "we will check into your refund". I have given the company 6 months to take care of this problem to no avail. I have the UPS tracking number [redacted] and shows products were returned to vendor.

I have returned products to New National Discount Textiles ( as instructed by [redacted] and [redacted] at Able Kitchen ###-###-####. They were returned by UPS. They left Redding CA Feb.* 2013)

[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the complete amount of my purchase credited to my credit card. I will not pay restocking fee due to the that they still have not refunded money owed me to my credit card.

Review: I ordered a faucet on line. I went through Shop.com on Sept. [redacted]. One Sept. [redacted] $165.54 was taken out of my checking acct. by a man named [redacted] @ ###-###-####. I have email notification my order would ship within 2-5 business days. That was 3 weeks ago and I can't anyone to assist me.Desired Settlement: Immediatley a refund or my order

But, my bank reimbursed me for my purchase and the company the was the middle man through the website contacted me and said they have removed them as one of their businesses that they do business with.

Review: On 9/**/13 I ordered 1 cs of coffee mugs that I needed, preferably by 9/**/13. I paid extra for the select 3 day shipping ($35.00)

I received confirmation order [redacted]. No product was received. Ever. I have called them every day (2 times a day)

Nothing but a recording. I have purchased from this company before. Once. I left information for a return call.

Nothing. I can only assume they are going out of business since there is no response except to charge my credit card.

I will never use them again and do my best to advise others. I have seen a number of similar complaints on the web.

My bad for not checking them out but had not had problems before.Desired Settlement: Deliver my product and refund the 3 day select service charge.

Then start doing business like an honest company

No phone calls were ever returned and I had purchased similar product already.

Poor company. I will not buy from them again. Buyers beware

Review: $101.19 was taken out of our bank account via my company debit card prior to shipment and subsequently we received a notification that the order was cancelled and this firm has refused to give us back our money.Desired Settlement: Credit our debit card which goes directly into our bank account which this firm has on record.
