Review: Able Landscape came to give me an estimate. On the first proposal, I decided I wanted to change two of the proposed plants. On the second proposal, I signed the contract. I was informed I needed to pay half the amount to get scheduled on their books. I cannot remember how long it took for them to come do the work. One day I came home and work was done. I got a note in the mail a while later saying thank you for your business. I thought I was done but I got a letter in the mail around the end of 2015 or the beginning of 2016 to pay the rest of the payment. I thought I had paid it but after looking through my paperwork I saw I did not. So I sent them the second half of the payment with a note because the amount Able Landscape had on the note did not equal what I had initially calculated as half. Email traffic ensued about the error in numbers and I was to pay what was owed. I informed them I did not realize there was an error and was just paying the other half of what the total was. I have since been harassed and my integrity questioned. The company seems to think I am trying to hoodwink them and that I am questioning their integrity. You can say I am because they are not being honest about their clerical error and the fact they technically did not complete the contract of which was never addressed in the most recent email response to the email I sent to the owner. The owner has never personally responded to me and keeps on handing it to the person who has harassed me, questioned my integrity and used my service connection against me. I have not and will not respond to the last email I received. I left a voicemail for the owner which I do not believe I will ever get returned.Desired Settlement: I want them to admit they were wrong and say I do not owe anymore money. If they have put me into collections, I want them to cancel it. I want them to apologize for using my service connection against me and questioning my integrity. I do not want them to finish the job because I do not want them at my residence again. Finally, I want them to destroy my file and I want nothing further to do with this company.

Review: Around the second week of 9/2013 my car window was broken by a landscape worker that [redacted] assumed the contract from a previous contractor. I reported the incident to my landlord. We tried calling [redacted]. He took so long to respond,so I had the window fixed for $100. [redacted] then agreed to reimburse me for the $100 but has failed to do so. He called my mgmt office on 9/26/2013 and told them he was at the post office mailing the check for me to my rental office. It is now 9/30/2013 and no check to be seen. My mgmt office is on my side and have done everything they can to help me.Desired Settlement: [redacted] needs to bring the check to [redacted] name asap!!! He has been in business for 20 years. I need my money just like he needs his.
