Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] At 3:pm (03/22/17) yesterday afternoon, the owner did leave me a voicemail message indicating that he was the person that I initially scheduled the appointment with on 3/20/@ 4:ish He admitted he inadvertently omitted to inform me about the service call fee????? (not the issue) He offered for me to call him back when I was available I returned the call @ 3:pm (03/22/17), and ultimately left him a voicemail I clarified that I was not disputing a service fee would be expected for service rendered I clarified the reason I called the business after hours was because the technician became agitated because I inquired about the prices being quoted for the service options he was offering ---prior to him starting to dismantle the garage opener He was offended I asked questions???? His assistant was on the ladder -- dismantling the garage opener I was explaining the noises I was hearing, and was trying to understand the scope of what needed to accomplished to get the opener operating again I simply wanted to understand the options of services vsthe costs of each option It was only after I asked him to calm down with the tone and attitude that he even mentioned he should being charging me for just pulling up overall, he displayed a HORRIBLE, DEMEANING, NON PROFESSIONAL attitude I further indicated that I was still VERY interested in having the garage door opener replaced via the $price quoted to me by *** I inquired if the service could be scheduled for this Friday, 3/24/ My only request is for [redacted] to NEVER be sent back to my residence to service the garage doors My voicemail message has not yet been responded to I still need the repair I was trying to maintain a relationship with the company that installed the doors Regards, H [redacted]

The owner called and left a message. I checked his phone this morning since it was stated that you called him back shortly after, their was no missed call from your number NOR a message left so I am unsure on what happened their and I did double and triple checkTheir was no work done at your location and instead of calling directly and talking to a person you contacted the Revdex.com when again no work was done at your location whatsoever. I could have made an appointment for you but you wanted to speak to the owner, he unfortunately has had a week where he has been working almost hour days, he called you on Wednesday as soon as he found out you needed a call and left that messageIt looks like we have only been to your home twice and that was back in Feb of which does not consist of a long term paying customerThank you and have a great day

Good AfternoonLike stated today when you called, *** will be giving you a call backWhen I talked to you earlier I informed you I have TWO technicians in today as all our other technicians called in sick or are on vacationOne of the techs in today is a brand new technicianSo *** who is one
of the technicians working today is trying his hardest to get all the jobs complete basically himselfAs soon as he has some free time you will be given a callI just talked to him roughly minutes ago and informed him to make sure to call you as soon as he gets a moment to breath. On Monday when you called after hours I did make sure *** was aware the following date on Tuesday when I got into work on the situation, unfortunately he was not reachable the same night you called as he worked hours past his time than had an event for one of his grand-sonsHe was not aware you needed a call back he thought you were calling in a complaint so he made note a complaint on ***'s card and talked to him about the situation, which is why a call was not given right away Again you will be given a call today like stated when I talked on the phone with you earlier, I was not able to give a time because since it is basically just him out their today I was unable toHe will call as soon as he gets a free chance to

Scheduled an appointment for between 11am & 1pm on a Friday. They never showed up and never called back. Had to let job go over the weekend.
