In response to the complaint made to the Revdex.com I contacted Ms*** *** regarding her mom Ms*** *** ***'s transport of 11/26/I asked Ms*** who she spoke with at Able Medical Transportation regarding the transport of 11/26/and she told me that she didn't
speak with anyone at Able Medical Transportation about that particular tripShe mentioned that she did call our Billing Department regarding (2) other bills her mom had received for dates of service 10/19/and 11/14/I explained to Ms*** that the invoice of 11/26/was sent in error (see explanation below) and that the (2) invoices for 10/& 11/were sent along with the 11/invoice because they were still outstanding and had not been paid as of 11/26/Both invoices (10/& 11/14) were paid in full on 12/18/and the invoice from 11/26/has been removed from our billing systemAfter speaking with Ms*** regarding the transport of 11/26/17, I researched our records and noticed that she had contacted our weekend Dispatch (who we contract with for weekend service) and that they had recorded the trip as being completed and that's why a bill was generatedI then contacted the Weekend Dispatcher and the Driver who did the trip and found out that the Driver was in route to pick up Ms*** when the trip was cancelled and the Weekend Dispatcher did not convey that message to Able Medical Transportation's Billing Department which operates Monday through FridayIn speaking with Ms*** I explained that the Billing Department was not made aware of the cancellation and that is why a bill was sent out for that dateI also mentioned that if she had contacted our office regarding this transport we would have researched and resolved this situation immediatelyI did apologize for any misunderstanding and Ms*** told me that her mom really likes transporting with Able Medical Transportation and said she will talk to her mom about transporting with Able Medical Transportation again in the future. Regarding the remarks made about "*** *** having a tendency to shove the worker out the door without paying", Ms*** told me that a Community Hospital Emergency Room Worker had told her that, and it was not anyone from Able Medical Transportation who said thatI asked Ms*** that in the future if she uses our service and has any problems to contact me the Office ManagerSincerely, Debbie TOffice Manager
