The customer made a reservation for there move on October 29th 2016. The customer called and requested a refund thru their original sales rep. In which time the sales rep informed the customer that the accounting department will contact the customer to verify the customer's account information to properly credit the funds.The accounting department made several attempts to contact the customer with no success. Here at Able Moving and Storage we strive to achieve customer satisfaction to the fullest. When this customer originally made the reservation for the move their inventory came in at 443 cb ft. On the day of the move The foreman and loaders will pack and load the moving truck to the best of their...

ability while keeping the safety of the items in mind. Now while the statement of “If you have not signed the mover's revised estimate, and the mover loads the truck, then Federal regulation requires that the mover has reaffirmed the original estimate” it is missing the rest of the the sentance of “ and cannot demand additional payment at delivery for the additional items.” So the foreman could not ask for any additional monies at delivery but did require more funds at the pick up for the additional cubic feet taken up in the truck.Also at time of delivery an 18 wheeler was needed for delivery. And is specified in the Moving Agreement under PARKING RESTRICTIONS “ If the truck physically or for reasons of parking restrictions cannot park close enough, Long Carrying or Shuttle Truck Service charges will apply and added to the original agreement” and the cost for said shuttle is listed under Optional Accessorial Services and Additional fees (if applicable to the move): Shuttle service: If required $1.00 x c.f. (min $300)And if we look at the agreement ‘AGENTS: Able Moving Corp may use agents/independent contractors on all orders” While here at Able moving and Storage we try our best not to use agents or independent contractors it is sometimes needed for logistical purposes.Unfortunately in long distance moving there may be instances of damage, and we do encourage [redacted] to file a claim to be compensated for any damages her furniture may have sustained.Here at Able Moving and Storage we seek to expedite the customer's delivery as quickly and as safely possible allowed by law. We will do everything in our power to ensure that this customer is satisfied.

Here at Able Moving and Storage we strive to achieve customer satisfaction to the fullest.Able moving and Storage has been in communication with [redacted] in regards to her refund. On November 10th we Able Moving and Storage tried to refund the customer's card but the transaction was declined. Since then we have been in contact with [redacted] advising her to contact her Mastercard to allow for the reversal of funds to take place. As with Any major credit card, regardless of whom issued that card, as long as it has a Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover Logo on it; funds may be credited and debited to and from that card.Able Moving and Storage will not cannot issue a check to [redacted] because customer has led us to believe that they will do an additional charge back on the credit card after we mail them the money We will do everything in our power to ensure that this customer is satisfied once the credit card company allows the transaction to be reversed.

the customer there is no service.While we do strive to meet the customer's delivery expectations, there are many unknown factors that may need to be considered for delivery from weather, to D.O.TStops, to bad traffic to Moving truck Issues. Able Moving Corp estimated delivery period is up to 21 business days from date indicated as first available for delivery. All Estimated time of arrivals are subject to change depending on many industries factors such as traffic, weather conditions, unforeseen mechanical problems. At this time we cannot consider any refund as we are still within the 21 business day window and work has already been done in dispatching the moving truck and labor and expenses atpick up.Here at Able Moving and Storage we seek to expedite the customer's delivery as quickly and as safely possible allowed by law. We will do everything in our power to ensure that this customer is satisfied with delivery.

I am rejecting this response because:This matter should not be closed, they are not telling the truth simply providing excuses without addressing the real issues and that first and foremost they assured me that I was purchasing a move to be handled by a Revdex.com A+ rated company and the truth is the company that provided all services is not even rated by the Revdex.com.I respectfully request to have the issue reopened.  The holidays had me unavailable.

I got a response back saying that it was 21 days. I contacted my driver and said that he would be bringing my belongings either Monday 12/19, Tuesday 12/20, or Wednesday12/21 of next week, which makes it past the 21 days from my requested date of November 27th. Here at Able Moving and Storage we strive to achieve customer satisfaction to the fullest and want to make sure our customer [redacted] is satisfied with Able Moving and Storage Services. At Able Moving and Storage we use a time tested professional method to ensure the customer moving experience is more than satisfactory. Not only has our customer [redacted] spoken with a moving consultant on October 30th to secure her reservation. She was also kind enough to dedicate some of her time to speak with one of our Quality Assurance representative on November 11th 2016 to go over her inventory, where there was an increase in inventory. Unfortunately many times during the stress and commotion of moving, when one of our customer speaks to a moving company may forget items for their move. And Our customer [redacted] was very accurate giving her inventory however There were increases on the day of the Quality Assurance call as well as Moving Day. And Able moving and Storage will do its very best to accommodate the customer.Able Moving and Storage attempts to expedite the delivery as safely and as allowed by law so that the customer received their belongings in a timely.  In order to manage the customers’ expectations will always inform the customer of the delivery spread and a best case scenario date. In [redacted]s’ case while Able Moving and Storage may not have achieved best case scenario date, our Logistics Team were able to deliver under the Estimated delivery spread. Something that Our Team of Professional Drivers, Moving Consultants, Dispatchers and Customer Service professionals who Pride ourselves in doing so. For without the customer there is no customer service.
