The customer was contacted with delivery information and when that was not satisfactory we did our best to accommodate. We offered everything that was within our perimeters, we are a third party contracted delivery agent. We have to follow the Standard Operating Procedures provided to us
by our client, unfortunately they would not approve an off zone day delivery that the customer requested. This was still unsatisfactory for the customer, however, the end result was that the item was delivered to the customer without further issue

All is factual. We provided an estimate for hours, which is signed by the customer. I have an email saying that a two day move was agreed upon, and the customer admittedly did not want to raise a fuss over it. I can provide backgrounds for the movers showing their experience, along with a vast history of happy customers. I can also provided an inventory showing the bulky items. Along with a history of the men who moved the bulky items having done so at other moves, to show their experienceI can provide the information that shows that a third party was who disassembled and reassembled the playscape

had to word things so I did not point the finger at her)   This move was originally estimated for 14 hours in the middle of July.  When booking this move, we requested that we break the move up into two days.  This was done prior to the deposit being taken.  At the time discussed, the customer showed no sign of concern of a two day move, but rather, understood.  The movers were very experienced, 10 years of industry experience, and provided a service that we believed was a great service.  They started the move, knowing that it would be a two day move and asked what items they would like delivered to the new home on day one.  The only request was a washer, dryer and one bed, which was done.  This move had multiple bulky items, including a piano, organ and a full room of gym equipment that needed to be disassembled and reassembled.  Though the movers were experienced in moving all the items, it still takes time, even when some items are moved previously to us arriving. We did provide an ESTIMATE.  We do try very hard to stick with the estimate, but we do also want to provide a great service and sometimes, a great service will require more time then we originally estimated. The playscape was disassembled and reassembled by a third party, so we are unable to provide a reason as to why it took the length of time to schedule a time to have it reassembled.  We understood that this move was not what was expected as far as time and cost.  Though we did work the hours, we did provide a lower price.

I am rejecting this response because:yes.I signed for the hours. Please charge me only for the hours, then. The sales person put all the inventory including the gym equipment. He said moving the piano is your specialty. I did not expect the demage of the instrument.Do not argue with the customer for covering your bad service. Instead try to provide a better customer service.
