I have had nothing but good experience with plumbers and contractors until I called Able Plumbing and heatingJerry came to my home to hook up taps in our basement and was here for hours, he had me call the city to turn off the main water supply to update the main valveHe loitered around, went back and forth to his truck and generally wasted a lot of timeI told my husband to come home from work and ask him to leave but he was old and we didn't want to make him feel badThe sink was installed and the taps only needed to be hooked up, his bill was $cash and I told him I just paid $to a very reputable plumbing company to install a toilet, shower and sink and that I feel he was overcharging me, I received another bill for $a few months laterThe braided lines on the taps were burnt during his install and they leak, so I didn't pay him due to this outrageous situationHe has summoned us to small claims court for over $*** He has never called me to discuss
