The tenant asked for her stove to be repaired not mentioning the ovenOur office sent Urners appliance service out to repair stove which they did without checking the ovenOur office was under the impression no more work was neededWhen this complaint was recieved we talked to all parties involved and got a clear picture, A new stove was ordered, delivered, and installedWe spoke to the tenant Tuesday, August and confirmed that all is well

Able property management is by far the most uncaring and unprofessional maintance and tentant/property management relationship ever made possibleThis company does half [redacted] work and jimmy rigged work repairs to the propertyThey insult your intelligence as they are pointed out mold and leaks and not up to code violationsInstead of repairing items that are in need of new parts or special equipment they used tape and simply covered up the problem with a piece of wood and paintThey dont seem to have my phone number to inform me of when or if a repair is going to be addressed but the second I with held rent they immediatly callIm so disgusted with the none compliance and non concern of their tentants health

got a clear picture, A new stove was ordered, delivered, and installed. We spoke to the tenant Tuesday, August 6 and confirmed that all is well.

He did not list any other tenants when he rented from us.
We had rented to him previously with success.
He told us that he was uncomfortable and felt...

the neighbors were watching him all the time because he felt that they did not like people of his race.
We try to provide quality service at a reasonable price but we cannot assume responsibility for every act of every tenant.
The owner of the property terminated our services and we forwarded the tenants entire deposit to them.
In addition we refunded some utility bills that the owner disputed and waived any management fees due us.

He is still not taking any responsibilities for the actions of his poor job of managing our home.
His tenants did a lot of damage to our home. I would like it if he would pay for some of the of the damage. It is the right thing to do.

I partly accept the outcome the maintenance people did a fenaminal job on installing light for increased security and they did throw some gravel to the drive way, only thing that couldn't be done and got denied was to construct a higher fence but the lights do give us more peace of mind.
