On June this year and pursuant to the sale of our home we had Able & Ready pump out our septic tank prior to Mr[redacted] inspecting the yo septic field Difficulty was encountered inserting the camera into the drain field from the distribution box upon which Mr [redacted] advised that the field was 'sludged' and must be replaced with a new system at a cost of approximately $17, The following Saturday I had the field partially dug up to discover that the perforated pipes adjacent to the distbox had been partially blocked by roots from a long removed Clamatis plant This partial blockage was subsequently removed by another company and the field returned to service To add insult to injury, I discovered that he drilled a 2" diahole in my polyethelene tank in an attempt to insert his probe and covered this hole with a rag and dirt He did not advise me of this action!
