I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I received a full apology from the company's office manager; her first awareness of the problem was when Revdex.com contacted her.  She offered me a year's worth of credit on my swamp cooler account as an apology, and I accepted this.  We are now in agreement that I will continue getting services from Sunshine Plumbing.
