First I want to apologize for missing your deadline of calendar days I thought it was business days I was holding my response because I did not want to send positive feedback too quickly for fear Able would slow down or stop the work as they did in August In August after receiving the complaint letter I sent to Able, *** *** assured me that he would make sure that *** *** had all the resources he required to complete my work in a timely fashion and sadly this did not happen until my hand was forced and I had to reach out to the Revdex.com for assistance Had Able followed through on their promise to me in August the work p***ably would have been completed before September 1st and the Revdex.com would have never heard from me. Since filing my complaint I had workers at the property almost daily and as of today, December 4th they are 99% complete with the work They have to come back and finish grouting a space between the tub and the tile They were originally supposed to replace the tile but I am fine with leaving the old there with the space properly grouted. From what I can see, *** and his crew did an excellent job and I have to stress that they were always courteous to my family and I. Again I truly wish I did not have to involve the Revdex.com and that ABLE would have done the right thing on their own but in hindsight after seeing what a complaint to the Revdex.com did I wish I had contacted you to months ago.
