Review: I met with owner of business to learn of services. I paid him in full for resume services to be delivered at a future date. I contacted owner an hour after our initial meeting to tell him I wasn't comfortable with our agreement and that I wasn't ready to move forward with him performing the services. I requested that he refund my payment. He told me he wouldn't and that I signed an agreement. I expressed that this was exactly what didn't feel right...paying for services in full not yet performed or delivered. I simply changed my mind and asked for him not to provide the work and that the honest thing would be to honor a refund as services were not yet performed or delivered.

Review: I went to Able Resume for a resume and cover letter. I was very unhappy with the documents [redacted] provided. The cover letter is unacceptable and not something I would feel comfortable sending out. I was charged for 50 copies of the resume that I find out dated and stale. I sent the documents to three professional recruiters and they all agreed that the cover letter was poorly executed and the resume was predictable and nothing special. It contained nothing that made it stand out from every other resume.... I contacted [redacted] asking for a refund and he replied with this, and I quote "Sounds like you have low confidence in yourself and everything/ everybody else" and asking for examples of what I feel would make them better. Shouldn't he know that if he is in the business of resume writing? And what right does he have to insult me? All I want is a refund for the cover letter I will not use and the 50 copies that he did not provide.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. Or at the very least a refund for the cover letter I will not use and the 50 copies that he did not provide.
