was notified that the work could be started, we scheduled the job ASAP, immediately following the siding work we were currently involved on. On Monday, September 28th work began on siding replacement. Tuesday, September 29th at about noon the guys were pulled from the job prior to getting a heavy rainstorm. Wednesday, September 30th was a complete rain day and the guys were unable to work on the project. We are at the mercy of mother nature and unfortunately can not control weather conditions. Thursday, October 1st we sent two crews to the job site to compensate for loosing a day to bad weather. The work has been completely finished in a little over a weeks time, even with having rain almost 1/2 the days during construction. We have done everything in our power to accommodate the homeowner and have their project 100% complete as quickly as possible. In regards to the home being an obstacle course during complete siding replacement, we understand it can be an inconvenience to homeowners having their house in disarray. Unfortunately, with limit space, equipment, materials, and vehicles, it can be an "obstacle course" Major home renovations can be an inconvenience and we always try to limit that the best of our ability. We apologize and sympathize with the homeowner for having to have additional costs with refinancing their home, HOWEVER it was the homeowners delay in having siding work begin NOT Able Roofings. And to ask Able Roofing to compensate you for your lack of planning and ability to make a decision in a timely manner is absolutely absurd and will not be considered. We completed the job in a safe, timely, profession manner and appreciate your business.
