They returned my refund less the depositThen I had to return and EAT the cost for damage to my drivewaySo in all I had paid them 50% of the
original costBUT after many hours of phone calls and headaches and nasty letters from Mr*** *** did I get this resolvedI had to call the CORPORATE office few times and it has endedSo I have the wrong color roof, a damaged driveway, ruined landscape BUT THEY REFUNDED ME 50%....But learned a major lesson from this there NOT as great as the Revdex.com makes them out to be....Regards, *** ***

“Our roof has not leaked in
yearsIn good faith, we are returning to adjust the drip edge that has been
clearly altered by someone other than MrRoof (likely the gutter installers as
the new gutter installation most likely required the adjustment of the drip
edge to facilitate its installation)Our warranty covers leaks as a result of
defective installation, and we stand behind our warranty, however there are
limits to the warranty when our work is compromised by other trades.”

Mr. Roof appreciate the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] on August 13, 2014.
We would
like to note that Mr. [redacted]s letter to the Revdex.com contained a
wealth of background information. While we sympathize with Mr. [redacted]s situation
with his previous employment situation and union issues, those are irrelevant
to this case. Also irrelevant to the case is the personal situation between Mr.
[redacted] and his lawyer regarding the bartering arrangement set up for payment.
That is between those two parties and does not pertain to Mr. Roof.
Following
completion of the initial roof installation, we were alerted that there were
issues with Mr. [redacted]s roof. We immediately responded by removing the existing
system, installing a new system, and contracting one of our service providers
to repair interior damage at no expense to the consumer.
Mr. Roof
is the 7th largest roofer in the United States and we pride
ourselves on our high values and customer service. It is our commitment to
customer service that has helped us serve over 100,000 satisfied customers
since 1962. To date, Mr. [redacted] has only paid the original deposit of $3,123.44
on February 13, 2013. The outstanding balance for services rendered is
$12,119.85. We stand behind our work and we stand behind our warranties. Like
any other business, we expect to be paid for the services we have provided. We
look forward to resolving this issue as expeditiously as possible either
through the Revdex.com or the court system in [redacted], Tennessee.

Our customer was given multiple opportunities to pay
along with multiple notices that their account would be turned over to our
attorney for collection. There was plenty of opportunity to voice
dissatisfaction ,but instead, our invoice was ignored until  the direct threat from our...

attorney that
legal action was being initiated. Our attorney has advised us not to engage
with the customer's attempt to leverage the Revdex.com to lower or eliminate the debt.
Therefore we are unable to engage directly with the customer or Revdex.com on advice
of legal counsel.

We have met with our customer
and are working through some of the issues they are reporting. .  In the end, we hope that we can make this
experience better for the consumer and so that they will feel comfortable
calling Able Roofing in the future for any of their roofing needs.

He's been reimbursed for his expenses. We have reached out to this customer and believe we have satisfied him. He's asked that someone from Revdex.com call to verify this. Thank you.
