So far I have been contacted with this by the Attorney General, Angie's List, and now Revdex.com which I respond with the same information Can't wait to see what's nextShe made this whole thing so complicated and difficult I still don't know if I am done with her I'm not about trying to bash or carry on a back and forth here but I take pride in my business and my reputation I'll stand up to any scrutiny I want to do a good job and get paidI will always make something right within reason If anyone is interested in reading this whole story you can decide for yourself I won't be responding if she decides to trash me hereWhen done working at her property for the day Eric went to collect and she told him she was going to call me with a credit card I left her messages over days before she called me back Then she told me she was going to pay with a cashier's check and I could come pick it up I had a half hour discussion with her that I didn't do business that way I had to explain to her that I would now have to leave my office and take an hour away from my work to go back and get paid She then agreed to give me her credit card info I charge a 4% fee for credit cards to offset the fees I have to pay I even waived that for her because I didn't want to have to explain how and why even though she signed the agreement that states the feeShe requested to have him back even after he had weed eated some of the flowers thinking they were weedsThis property was very overgrown so I can see how he made the mistake The second time he went to collect she told him she wasn't going to make another trip to the bank to get the money because she doesn't have checks I told him to stay there until we got paid She called me and told me to "CHILL" I told her that I did have her credit card on file so I was willing to wait until I sent him back for more workShe emailed me asking how to best work with him because he again mistook some flowers for weeds I responded: "You will have to participate if you want the best outcomeGo out once an hour It's a lot easier to catch something immediately and correct it, then wait till he's gone." My guys aren't perfect They are laborers and some of them need more instructionMy Labor Agreement states "Our policy is that client will be on site at the end of the day to walk through and inspect work is done to satisfaction Payment will then be made for that day's work." Neither of which she didShe in fact called me back and wanted to continue having us do work but I declined telling her I had read her reviewShe wanted a $discount I offered to take a load to the dump for her at no charge at about a $value I also offered to send one of the other guys out there After going there to fulfill my compensation for her flowers, after scheduling with her, she's not there She asked that I send of my other guys with Eric, which I did I've got guys there now Keep in mind I have still not been paid yet for the second job on 7/and this is 7/I rescheduled with her to go back out the next day The next day she tells me she is sick and reschedule for another day I emailed her: "I scheduled everything so he could use the truck today I can delay him coming until late this afternoon but I want this to get done today You don't need to keep an eye on him to load yard waste for the dump You can pay him cash for the invoice when he gets there or if you don't answer the door I can run it through credit card." The day I had scheduled Eric to get the dump load she emailed me about a missing tarp I immediately replied: "He is on his way so you can ask him (about tarp) Like I said he can take a trip to the dump which is about a $value or I will deduct $off the invoice If I add up the cost on my end I have Erik taking a trip there yesterday Shane waiting $credit card fee I didn't charge you just so I could get paid after days of phone calls I'm at my limit." So Eric gets there and she has the gates locked but her front door open There is a pile of yard waste Eric had put outside the gate so he loaded it up, took it to the dump and I charged her credit card She contacts me on the 21st, days later and complains about that I emailed her: "I informed you every step of the way what I was doing I told you I was sending Eric that this was to be resolved that day, I told you he would pick up the stuff outside the fence, I told you that if you didn't answer the door and pay him like you stated I was going to run the credit card You knew he was coming and you chose to lock the gates Do you think you can just keep us running around at your whim? Have us do work and decide when and how much you are going to pay? Waste Eric's time going out there, having Shane waiting because you wanted him there too, then not being there All I wanted to do was be done with this and you kept dragging it on Every day there was something else you would come up with after the fact If you just would have taken a look when he was done and do a walk through like I state in the Labor Agreement you signed we could have easily dealt with anything then and there You pushed the boundaries in the beginning by telling Eric you were going to put the first job on your card then didn't answer my messages until days later The second job was done on 7/and you still didn't pay him when he was done when you told me you were going to pay him cash If anyone got the raw end of the deal it's me You won't find anyone that would have put up with all that and still offered to give you free labor for your flowers When is this going to end? Don't you think you've gotten your pound of flesh?" That is my account and I have MANY reviews elsewhere that will attest to that I would also be happy to email them to anyone that wants to inquire I try to learn something from any bad experience and take steps to prevent it from happening again I have amended my Labor Agreement to state that any complaints must be made within hours since she would call days later with something new All she had to do was to walk outside and check his work before he left -- Valerie S [redacted] ABLE SERVICES 253-320-

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: the new contractor we had to obtain to finish the job advised us that many jobs weren’t done to codeWe also did not look for a quick fix but of course waned it done quickly and at a reasonable price, which we didn’t get eitherI feel that since we do not live in the city the house is located at the contractor took advantage of the unsupervised projectItems were thrown away that should have been kept or misplaced and we had to repurchase those itemsContractor also left our back door unlocked several times when it was the weekend and no one was workingWhen we even came into town for the thanksgiving holiday we also noticed the back door open and advised him of such each timeOur AC was put down to daily even thought I requested (after getting a electric bill of over $for an empty house) to not do that it went on deaf earsI can go on and on! He has caused more work than good at this point!

Good Afternoon and thank you for notifying us that a complaint was filedThe complainant has presented inaccurate facts as well as disregarded their initial request to our companyWe advised the complainant of the repairs needed to address their concerns and they instead choice to pursue a "quick
fix" scenario to prepare the home to be listed as quickly as possible. The work provided was to code, to specifications and done quickly per the complainants requestThere were delays due to weather and other factors that our company fully accepts responsibility forDespite the time delay, the work was performed to specificationsA full refund is not appropriate considering our company did expend money on labor and materials to try and rapidly get the home ready to be listed per the complainants request. In the event the complaint wishes to provide supporting documentation for their claim then settlement negotiations may be feasibleHowever, at this time and with the facts presented, we cannot offer a good faith counter to a complaint not grounded in the actual facts or reality of the situation

So far I have been contacted with this by the Attorney General, Angie's List, and now Revdex.com which I respond with the same information.  Can't wait to see what's next. She made this whole thing so complicated and difficult I still don't know if I am done with her.  I'm not about trying to...

bash or carry on a back and forth here but I take pride in my business and my reputation.  I'll stand up to any scrutiny.  I want to do a good job and get paid. I will always make something right within reason.  If anyone is interested in reading this whole story you can decide for yourself.  I won't be responding if she decides to trash me here. When done working at her property for the day Eric went to collect and she told him she was going to call me with a credit card.  I left her 3 messages over 3 days before she called me back.  Then she told me she was going to pay with a cashier's check and I could come pick it up.  I had a half hour discussion with her that I didn't do business that way.  I had to explain to her that I would now have to leave my office and take an hour away from my work to go back and get paid.  She then agreed to give me her credit card info.  I charge a 4% fee for credit cards to offset the fees I have to pay.  I even waived that for her because I didn't want to have to explain how and why even though she signed the agreement that states the fee. She requested to have him back even after he had weed eated some of the flowers thinking they were weeds. This property was very overgrown so I can see how he made the mistake.  The second time he went to collect she told him she wasn't going to make another trip to the bank to get the money because she doesn't have checks.  I told him to stay there until we got paid.  She called me and told me to "CHILL"  I told her that I did have her credit card on file so I was willing to wait until I sent him back for more work. She emailed me asking how to best work with him because he again mistook some flowers for weeds.  I responded: "You will have to participate if you want the best outcome. Go out once an hour.  It's a lot easier to catch something immediately and correct it, then wait till he's gone."  My guys aren't perfect.  They are laborers and some of them need more instruction. My Labor Agreement states "Our policy is that client will be on site at the end of the day to walk through and inspect work is done to satisfaction.  Payment will then be made for that day's work."   Neither of which she did. She in fact called me back and wanted to continue having us do work but I declined telling her I had read her review. She wanted a $20 discount.  I offered to take a load to the dump for her at no charge at about a $70 value.  I also offered to send one of the other guys out there.  After going there to fulfill my compensation for her flowers, after scheduling with her, she's not there.  She asked that I send 1 of my other guys with Eric, which I did.  I've got 2 guys there now.  Keep in mind I have still not been paid yet for the second job on 7/12 and this is 7/18. I rescheduled with her to go back out the next day.  The next day she tells me she is sick and reschedule for another day.  I emailed her: "I scheduled everything so he could use the truck today.  I can delay him coming until late this afternoon but I want this to get done today.  You don't need to keep an eye on him to load yard waste for the dump.  You can pay him cash for the invoice when he gets there or if you don't answer the door I can run it through credit card." The day I had scheduled Eric to get the dump load she emailed me about a missing tarp.  I immediately replied: "He is on his way so you can ask him (about tarp).  Like I said he can take a trip to the dump which is about a $70 value or I will deduct $30 off the invoice.  If I add up the cost on my end I have Erik taking a trip there yesterday.  Shane waiting.  $13 credit card fee I didn't charge you just so I could get paid after 3 days of phone calls.  I'm at my limit." So Eric gets there and she has the gates locked but her front door open.  There is a pile of yard waste Eric had put outside the gate so he loaded it up, took it to the dump and I charged her credit card.  She contacts me on the 21st, 2 days later and complains about that.  I emailed her: "I informed you every step of the way what I was doing.  I told you I was sending Eric that this was to be resolved that day, I told you he would pick up the stuff outside the fence, I told you that if you didn't answer the door and pay him like you stated I was going to run the credit card.  You knew he was coming and you chose to lock the gates.  Do you think you can just keep us running around at your whim?  Have us do work and decide when and how much you are going to pay?  Waste Eric's time going out there, having Shane waiting because you wanted him there too, then not being there.  All I wanted to do was be done with this and you kept dragging it on.  Every day there was something else you would come up with after the fact.  If you just would have taken a look when he was done and do a walk through like I state in the Labor Agreement you signed we could have easily dealt with anything then and there.  You pushed the boundaries in the beginning by telling Eric you were going to put the first job on your card then didn't answer my messages until 3 days later.  The second job was done on 7/12 and you still didn't pay him when he was done when you told me you were going to pay him cash.  If anyone got the raw end of the deal it's me.  You won't find anyone that would have put up with all that and still offered to give you free labor for your flowers.  When is this going to end?  Don't you think you've gotten your pound of flesh?"
