We opened the pool as we normally doWe do not vacuum any of the pools we open because we have to pools a day to open and are on a very tight scheduleVacuuming can be scheduled for a later date at an additional charge. The fee to open is $ plus chemicalsWe test the water to see
what is neededHer bill this year $ Included the additional chemical cost of $ Her bill from last year only had additional chemical cost of $ The opening last year was weeks earlier so weather plays a factor on chemicals needed, also one of the chemicals added this year sometimes doesn't need added every yearThat is why we testShe complained to us she had worms in her poolThis year we are noticing more in pools than last year. It happens!! Her pool could have been clean the last few years we opened so it may have looked as if we vac'edIf they did vac her pool in the past it was not cleared thru me and should not have been doneThe service person who worked last year is no longer with usAs to her claim of being rude she was rude to Mrs *** (owner) when she answered the phoneMrs*** told her she did not have to rude to herI then picked up the call and she asked what our fee was and what it includedNot what her invoice total was. I will admit that when I am spoken to in that manner I often return rudenessShe was a little overboard on attitude for a few worms in her pool. She finally stated how much on invoice and I gave her the totalIf she looks at her closing invoices the basic fee is the same $and we do not vac pool then either. She has never complained about thatAs for a refund, it's hard to give a refund when she hasn't paid her invoiced yet!!!!
