I talked to the electric company and they came to my house and told myself as well as all the neighbors they did not hire tree company so they are not responsible electric company also said when they knocked out power they only hit one of the lines causing volts to travel down a line and that is why it blew out transformersTree company is responsible it had nothing to do with frayed lines period
