We apologize for any inconvenience causedThis item was shipped directly from the manufacturer and they mistakenly sent the wrong product.We are sending the customer a prepaid label to return the product and we will credit him in full as soon as we receive the item back

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me      BUT I WOULD LIKE TO KEEP THIS COMPLAINT OPEN UNTIL SUCH TIME AS I RECEIVE THE RETURN LABEL AND A CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT.  I REALLY DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE RESOLUTION AS THEY HAVE IGNORED ALL MY CORRESPONDENCE REGARDING THIS ISSUE.Sincerely,

Review: Hello,

I place an order on 2/**/14 for nearly $500 and have not received it. I've ordered from them before, and it usually took a few weeks for the products to arrive. I waited a bit longer thinking that maybe there was a delay. I work at an aesthetics/skincare school, Southwest Institute of Natural Aesthetics, and we order little glass bowls from them for our students' supply kits. I started calling customer service and was always put on hold for at least 30 minutes, so I'd end up just leaving voicemails.

I have left several voice mails and have given my number for call backs with their call back service. I have posted support tickets and follow ups on their website on 3/[redacted] 3/**, 4/*, and 4/**. There is no direct email address to email, but I received an email to rate the product I purchased and sent a reply to that email. I have not received any responses regarding my order and no one ever picks up when I call.

I know someone is out there because I posted a comment on their [redacted] page stating the situation and that I want someone to contact me and refund our money but the post was deleted the next day.

I need someone to contact me immediately to refund the purchase.

###-###-####Desired Settlement: We need a refund. I will provide the receipt for the amount we are owed. We do not need the bowls anymore because we had to get them somewhere else.

Review: I ordered a plumbing part from them on Friday Sept. **. I payed $ 100.00 extra shipping to have it over night next day air, as I needed the part to complete a commercial job by my deadline. I never received the part so I called on Monday Sept. **, to find out what was going on. I got a story that the order was mishandled and they said they would ship it out next day air on Tuesday Sept. **, and would refund half of my shipping charges. Wednesday Sept. **, did not receive the part, did not receive a refund, did not get a tracking number, called to see where it was and to cancel my order on Wednesday at 4:30 Florida time, got a recording that they were closed for the holidays until Monday Sept.[redacted]. Having to go to my bank to dispute the charges to my credit card, and reorder with someone else, as I am already being fined for not completing the contract by my due date, because of this.Desired Settlement: Would like to have a total refund, I am disputing the charges, just don't want anyone else to have to go through this.
