Scammers
Paid to park, 40 minutes later I receive a citation. Dispute the citation in accordance to the instructions printed on the back of the ticket. Receive an email days later saying it was resolved. 3 weeks later, I receive an email stating that I need to pay the ticket and seek reimbursement from the company that I paid to park with as they can't get ahold of anyone at ABM to officially resolve it. The amount has now more than doubled. I refuse to pay as I have the screenshot of the app proving I paid well before the citation was created. I also do not trust that if I paid to resolve it, that I would be reimbursed. Parking scam at it's finest here. Avoid them at all costs!

Attendant threatened to Stab Me!!
When I questioned the parking charge being demanded because it didn't match the posted rates ABM's attendant started arguing and became insulting. When I pointed out the posted rates and said they were lower than what he was demanding he pulled a knife on me. He then asked me if I was calling him a liar while waving the knife around. I called ABM and explained what happened. They said the attendant must have been correct about the rates he was demanding. This company is one evil operation. I would highly recommend destroying their property at any chance you get. This make a buck racket has got to end.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I did not "falsely" state that the site kept freezing; as stated, it did, thats why I had to call in to make a payment, via phone, NOT via websiteAlso, it is correct, after I stated that there was no way to contest or contact on the ticket, after I filed a complaint, I did in fact turn the receipt over, so that was a mistake on my part I think that the fine was quite high, and rather then issue a warning, seeing as how I had never been to the festival, it was quite a disappointment to see the ticketI did see the sign after the fact when the kind woman gave us her paid ticket, so I am not contesting that I did NOT seer the no transfer, rather I saw that AFTER we got back from the festival and we could not figure out why we got a ticketAgain, I DID try to access the website, like stated, and after being unable to do so, I then called the number to talk to someone, and because it WAS after hours and NO one answered, I thought my only choice was to pay, but I do have a perfect record, and although I know this is not state or police, I still think it would be something that should be excused, NOT because I think I deserve it, because I know the company is paid to patrol the parking lot to check and give tickets, but because I did make an honest mistake, and I did pay out of good faith.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I would give this business zero stars
I parked in their lot in downtown Milwaukee and paid the required fee, placing the receipt on the dashboard as requested. Upon closing the door to the vehicle the receipt fell to the floor without my being aware of it. Coming back to the car later, I found a $60 dollar ticket for illegal parking. I filed a dispute with ADM and sent them the original parking validation. Their reply was that they were now, instead of the $60 ticket, going to fine me $40 for improperly displaying the parking receipt.
There are plenty of places to park in Milwaukee, with this type of awful customer service I would HIGHLY recommend giving someone else your business. I know that I will.

Unprofessional, rude, fraudulent
I've been paying for a month for a pass I do not have I cannot get anyone from the organization after weeks of trying via phone, email and in-person visits to their office to give me a straight answer on how to get my pass
Today I was told I was banned from the lot for being "rude" for demanding to know where my pass is No refund for the month I was charged without being able to actually use the service
Unprofessional, rude, fraudulent

Upon researching this complaint, it was found that an incorrect number was entered when inputting the license plate number for the violationThis resulted in the complainant's license plate being erroneously associated with ticket #***This has been corrected in our system and ***

RE: Complaint ID #***Upon researching Ms***’s complaint, I found that no appeal was submitted to our company in regards to this citationI’ve attached a copy of the citation history to show that it was in fact paid the same day it was issued via our online payment siteThis is the same
site through which patrons may submit an appealMs*** claims that the site “kept freezing”, however, she was able to successfully submit paymentThis negates her claim that there was nowhere to contest the ticketAdditionally, this website address is found the reverse side of the violation along with a mailing address and contact phone number, which Ms*** falsely state was not providedI’ve included attachments along with this e-mail containing a copy of the citation history, a copy of the reverse of our standard violation and a screen shot of the web site which clearly details the options for payment or appealing a violation. However, had Ms*** appealed, the citation would have been upheld as validIt is posted on all of our entrance signs and is printed on the receipts that there are no In-and-Out PrivilegesAlso, it is also printed on the receipts that all receipts are non-transferableAttached is a copy of one of our payment receiptsPlease note that this is only an example, and is not the actual receipt belonging to Ms***Additionally, Ms*** stated in her own words that she accepted another patron’s receipt and did not make any parking paymentFor this reason, the fines stand as valid and no refund of paid fines will be made.Thank you for your consideration,Parking Facilities ManagerABM Parking Services

Review: On March 23, 2016, around 11:30-11:45 am, I arrived at the Third avenue garage in downtown Pittsburgh. I gave my car Keys to employee Rob T[redacted] to park my car because of the garage construction that was taking place which had limited parking. When I returned to the garage to get my car around 10 mins to 3pm I couldn't find Rob. Then I push the button, which was to call for valet, which was located near the elevators. I looked up and saw Rob, who was in a truck with his feet propped up, come out of the truck. I gave him my ticket and he gave me my car keys and I started to walk towards my vehicle. At far it seemed the front side of my car looked deformed. I walked faster and closer to see what happen and the car was completed dented and scratched starting from above my tire to the front headlight. Bumper was out of place. I went back to rob and told him my car was damaged and he said "Well I did have a dent to my car so???I have to go downstairs to the office”. I went downstairs and complain about my car being damaged and about how this guy didn't show any remorse about my car being damaged. The staff went upstairs and asks Rob what happened. He had the nerve and audacity to say my car was in the state it was in when I dropped it off and he walked away. The staff that worked there didn't know Robs last name when I asked for it. I even confronted Rob about telling me his last name and he told me he's not telling me his last name. This company are complete rip offs and will lie to cover themselves and leave me with over a $2000 bill in damages and believe a liar named Rob T[redacted]. The company was supposed to submit a video to their insurance company before my car was damaged but submitted a video after my car was damaged. This company has no proof my car was in the shape it was in and by their actions of proving it shows they were in the wrong. I want this company to pay for my damages.Desired Settlement: I want this company to pay for my damages.
