Good Morning,
The ticket was upheld because we need to see the receipt in order to clear up a violation. The receipt provides us with the date the parking was purchased, the time the parking was purchased, the amount paid, the expiration...

time of the receipt and the stall number that was paid for. In order to park you must pay for parking at the time of parking. Without the receipt we cannot verify that the parking was paid prior to parking. The expiration date and time is for how long parking was paid for. Without the receipt we cannot verify this from a credit card receipt. The stall number is for the stall the vehicle was parked in and must be paid for. We cannot verify the stall number from the bank statement. We apologize for any inconvenience however we need the receipt in order to verify the payment information.

I understand needing a receipt but you need to adopt more timely business practices in identifying these such things so people aren't paying more than once. I unsure why your business thinks people keep receipts and parking tickets from a year? Either A. Come up with better practices of identifying these types of things within a timely manner (max 60 days) or B. Hire competent people to do a better job.

other times pay the stall number. By parking in this stall a monthly parker was unable to park and had to park somewhere else and we had to pay for their parking in another parking lot. The second ticket was issued for payment not being made. There was an hourly fee paid for parking however the time was expired at the time the ticket was written. Full payment for parking was not made at the time of parking. A ticket for parking in a reserved stall was issued as well as a non payment ticket. If full payment would have been made at the time of parking only a ticket for reserved parking would have been issued. Both parking tickets will be upheld as two violations occurred.

I will accept the violation for parking in a reserved stall. I will not accept receiving a violation for FULL payment not being made. I provided ABM my receipt showing I purchased ALL day parking for $11. The signage at the lot and the kiosk states all day parking is $11. I purchased the parking receipt at 10:03 am on September 28th. The parking receipt shows expiration/date time as 11:59PM that evening. I have provided proof that I purchased all day parking for this lot and want this ticket removed. A copy of the receipt is attached below. Thank you

have they ever issued fraudulent parking ticket / violations. If a ticket has been issued in error ABM offers the customer the opportunity to appeal the ticket using the ABM ticket appeals department,([redacted]@gmail.com). It is the policy of ABM that all tickets must be appealed through the ticket department for the purpose of segregation of duties. When appealing a ticket please provide the payment receipt, the ticket number.
