Total Refund expected $193.52

I called the company. Surprisingly they answered. The man was very polite and ultimately refunded only $90.00 (half) of the price of products because he claimed I needed to cancel a subscription, I knew nothing about, within 14 days. I would have read any details. This must have been in the VERY Fine print. He did cancel my subscription.

I marked my debit card as lost and replaced to avoid further charges.

Desired Outcome

Man from call center said he would refund $90.00 on 9/18/2020. Total Refund expected $193.52 They still owe me $103.52 as far as I am concerned. I want ALL my money back.

Ordered SAMPLES and paid shipping on 4-27-20. Samples were deteriorated upon arrival. Could not use. Called to cancel any further order. My Confirmation numbers were XXXXX and XXXXX. On 5-14-20, saw charges of $89.85 and $89.91 on my credit card for CBD gummies. Called 888-666-2290 and was told they could not find any account for me! I gave them the confirmation numbers for cancellation and all info they asked for but they insisted could find no account for me!

Desired Outcome

Two charges should be refunded. Received NO PRODUCT (other than samples) so it is really fraudulent and pretending to not be able to find my account is absurd!

This company is a SCAM. I did not order or approve multiple charges for items I did NOT receive.

I clicked on a facebook ad for CBD gummies and was to pay shipping of $6.95 only. I recieved product and it doesnt work then recharged without consent
On 1/21/2020 I clicked on a facebook ad for CBD gummies for shipping only of $6.95. I received the gummies and they dont work. On 2/5/2020 I saw a post to my account for $89.85 and one for $89.91 for Abner eye serum and Abner skin creme respectively. I did NOT authorize this and immediately called my bank to tell them I didnt order that. They cancelled my debit card and issued me a new one. I called the Abner phone number and told them I didnt authorize any other shipment and I didnt want it. They said there are no refunds. I called them again today (3/20/2020) and they said the same. I told them I was going to report them again to my bank and to the Revdex.com. The woman told me I couldnt and I said YES I CAN AND WILL! I am a senior citizen with joint pain and they took advantage of this!

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a refund of the $179.76 that Abner Health took from my account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! I also want this business to be exposed for the scam that it is! They prey on senior citizens and this needs to STOP ASAP!

I didn't buy anything from them but on my bank statement I found that some money was withdrawn from my account.
On 03/17/2020 some money were taken from my America First checkings account (XXXXXXXX) claiming that I bought these products which I didn't:

ABNERSKINCREAM.COM 888-6662290 FL XXXXXX $89.91
ABNEREYESERUM.COM 888-6662290 FL XXXXXX $89.85

Desired Outcome

I want my money back.

12/30 order sample skin prod. for ship chg; 1/16 Abner chg cr cd $89.91 & $89.95; 2/15 chg $89.91; 2/19 complain/no help/cancel#XXXXX;canceled cr cd
I placed an order on line for sample skin care items for cost of shipping only on 12/30/19. It arrived in a box with no paperwork inside. There was no contact information or instructions of any kind in or on the box. On 1/16/20 my bank statement showed $89.91 and $89.95 charged to me by Abner in Tampa, FL. Unfortunately, I didn't look at the statement until the next statement arrived. That statement had another charge from Abner on 2/15/20 for $89.91. The total charges Abner has made against my account in one month is $269.67!! I Googled Abner and got their phone #. Called 2/18/20 to dispute charges. The customer service woman, Zel, gave me the run around. It didn't help that I could barely understand what she was saying due to her accent. When I questioned being charged for items not ordered, nor received, she quickly told me the products are in route now and should arrive in 7 to 10 business days. I said I didn't want anything and would return it. She said I would be charged a $90 re-stocking fee if I did that. I replied, "OH, NO YOU WON'T; because I just contacted my bank, filed a complaint, and had a new credit card issued." She then told me to just let my bank contact them. I asked for a cancellation
number so I could give it to my bank. It is #XXXXX. The case # at my bank is #XXXXXXXX X/3rd Bank in KY. I had no idea this was to be a recurring charge and especially for a product I don't want. Please warn other consumers of this company's practices. Thank you very much for your valuable consumer services. Have a good day.

Desired Outcome

Reimbursement of $269.67 from Abner's unauthorized charge to my bank account. Also, I would like for the Revdex.com to do whatever it can to put a stop to such practices. Companies should be open and honest. They should have to provide a contact name and number, receipts listing products, and any instructions along with any shipments. Please make other consumers aware of Abner's business practices in order to save someone else from this terrible situation. I'm sure I am not the only senior citizen who has been naively taken in by such internet offers, and I would like to be the last.

They continue to bill me 6.95 per month and I did not ever sign up for continued payments.
I want them t ostop billing me and issue a refund for products never received or wanted

Desired Outcome

I want them t ostop billing me and issue a refund for products never received or wanted

Offered free products and you pay shipping. Then got charged $89.00. Bait and switch unethical sneaky disclaimer. I want reimbursed.
From a Facebook advertisement, I wanted to try Cbd gummies. Free and you pay shipping was the catch. Purchase date 12/23/19 and 12/24/19 from a Facebook advertisement buying "free"cbd gummies. When checking out, the "free" Cbd oil is pretty much automatically added and you pay Separate shipping charges. One was $6.85 and other $6.91. They both came in the same box. Then, I was astounded when I was charged $89.91 on 1/10/2020 for some hidden, unethical, sneaky disclaimer. I feel I was scammed by this company and want a refund. The oil is Unopened. I didn't want it to begin with. I tried calling the 888 number. The phone rang three times and Automatically hung up on 1/13/2020 at 11:00am. The company goes under 3 names. Abner skin care, Abner skin cream and Abner eye serum. My bank's fraud department called me to question the later charge. With a bank representative, we tried to contact the seller to no avail. I feel robbed and I am sure others have been also. It is not right and Abner should have to repay everyone and have consequences for screwing people.

Desired Outcome

Refund of $89.91 What the big Facebook advertisement said was try Cbd gummies for free!

I accepted an offer of free CBD Oil for a shipping charge only of $6:??. Now they have charged our credit card for $89. + for Abner Eye Serum.

I have not received the product and was completely unaware that I had signed up for any future orders. I wish to receive a refund for the Eye Serum product and discontinue all future shipments of any product from the company. Desired Outcome

No further shipment of an product from Abner Company and a full refund for the charge to my credit card in the amount of $89,85.

Customer Response • Jan 22, 2020

We reported the problem to our credit card company, School First Credit Union, in Santa Ana California. There were two charges on the same day12/19/19 Abner Eye Serum $ 89.85 and Abnerskincream.com in the amount of $89.91. The credit union has temporarily removed the charges while still investigating. Shortly after there was fraud on out account and we now have a new credit card number. So there shouldn't be any more monthly charges as the credit union suggested there might be. We did not receive either products. Thanks for you assistance.

This company has generated four unauthorized charges on my bank card (each $90) in the past two months for skincare products I never ordered or received. The customer service options this firm offers has provided no form of resolution, as the phone number is never answered during normal business hours, emails have not been responded to, and there is only one 'request form' option on the website to cancel a 'subscription.' I have made several attempts (20+) to submit and resubmit the subscription cancelation request form, but still no response. I have resorted to working with my banking services to block this merchant from accessing my funds and to recover the unauthorized charges.
Product_Or_Service: Abner Eye Serum

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like the company to respond to my requests for a refund and stop charging my account for merchandise I did not order and do not want.
