Abner's Climbing High Tree Experts Reviews (2)

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# *** and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Revdex.com As you can see by the name calling, innuendos and lies from *** *** that he is not a very reputable company and or person Seaside properties has been established in and is a company that builds homes and purchases homes to fix up and sellIt is standard and required to be named on Liability policies of all contractors performing work at any of my housesIn fact my insurance company demands this must be doneI assume the reason they do it is for unscrupulous companies, like ***’s Climbing High tree “Experts,” that damage properties and try to cover it up is the reason they must be namedIn the years of Seaside Properties Incexistence we have never had to put in a claim on anyone liability until nowI have been in constant with ***s insurance company and claims adjuster and as of June *, the claim is still in process, just another lie from *** *** in his response. Although it is true that the house will be going through some renovations, and the pool is approximately years old, this does not give license to ***’s Climbing High Tree “Experts” to do further damageIt is true that the liner was ripped and the pump was not presentThat was the only repair to the pool that was necessary until the tree limb crushed the fiberglass stepsThere were no estimates of $to rip up the concrete, rip out the steps and replace them that I have ever seenI do pad lock the gate to limit my liability of someone going into the backyard and getting hurt or drowning*** *** could have called me at anytime to get in an inspect, he choose not toThe insurance company advised me that an inspection was not necessary and to send them photos of the damage in which I didThe photos shows partials form the limb that they dropped on the stairsThe tree was approximately feet from the pool, but what *** *** failed to tell you is that it was tilting towards the pool almost to a point of fallingHe advised me that he would tie the limbs as to be safeApparently he did not. The only conversation that I am aware of that *** *** had with my pool company, Summertime Pools, is when he admitted that he did it and he wanted to find a used set of stairs on Craigslist to put inAfter *** *** heard what it really costs to fix it, he suddenly got amnesia and denied doing it. In my opinion, I feel that *** *** rushed the job and in their haste they accidently dropped the limb in the poolOriginally I was told by *** *** that the job was going to take “at least” a full dayRushing the job he was done by 2:00pm Thank You*** ** ***, PresidentSeaside Properties Inc.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
Sincerely,
*** ***

Following the estimate and prior to the actual work the customer contacted our office to request that I add his name as an additional insulted on my liability policy Please not that this is an unusual request by a homeowner and is typically requested for large contracts only Despite
this unusual request our office complied and provided the purported customer with said certificate Please further note that the entire home was under renovation insofar as it had been destroyed following a foreclosure actionThe pool was likewise destroyed with no liner present and obvious cracks and breaks all over The tree was approximately 30' from the pool The tree was cut down without any difficulties whatsoever there was no damage to any property whatsoeverThe property was left on its pre/existing delapadated condition Following the completion of the job,the property owner / complainant, walked the entire job site along with me and inspected the entire ..complimented the word and paid for the completed job approximately one week later the property owner contacted me and stated that our company had damaged the steps on the already destroyed swimming poolThe property owner further states that he had already made the repairs, without ever contacting my office or my insurance company to inspect the damage or even to inform me of any property damageThe homeowner than demanded the sum of five thousand dollars Again please note that the homeowner, who incidentally self reportedly buys and sells homes for a living, inspected the property before payment was tendered to my company, verbally indicated his total satisfaction with my company and shook my hand, failed to report any damage to myself or my insurance company until approximately seven days after the work was completed, and finally made the unusually request to be added to my companies insurance policy as an additional insured Contrary to the statement made neither I nor any representative of my company made any representations that we had caused any damage to the pool stairs photos were taken of both the d and new pool stairs pool stairs by myself after receiving the call from the homeownerThe following day I returned to take additional photos only to find that the gates had been padlocked clearly preventing a close inspection of the pool and stairs I firmly believe that this is an isurance fraud and am speaking with authorities regarding same The insurance company had likewise refused to pay on this purported claim thus far, and I will continue to assist the insurance company in any way possible to expose this fraud Additionally the cost of the purchase and installation of said pool stairs is estimated at Further proof that your purported claimant is nothing more than a fraud, criminal , and a theif PleaseContact me for any future information you require I would further encourage your good offices to carefully investigate thisClaim It would be unfortunate for illegitimate claims to sully the veracity of your agencies valid claims please contact me if you require further information Please note that the customers pool repair person stated on the the phone that "when they usually do this they just get check . Needless to say I am very disturbed by this entire incident and trust that your offices will resolve it quickly
