On June 26,the Customer Rented a Mazda Wagon, she rented from June 26th -June 29th She used her St.*** *** ***
Union Card for her payment method When she returned her bank was shut down for days which delayed the process of her refund also she didn't tell us that she cancelled her debit card right after we refunded her money which also caused a delay the customer was contacted everyday to make sure she got her refund On July 21,the customer was contacted and she stated that she had received a full refund and she thanked us

See the attached file that the money was refunded back on his card on 9/8/

She would not come in and make any more payments so that is why the car was turned off. She was not following company policy and that is why she cannot have the deposit back. We really did not have any other car for her. We feel that she does not want to make the payments and that is why she is making complaints. When we went to repo the car she had the key switched to on so that the batter would drain. The AC and everything else was on. We do not feel she is owed any sort of refund. We have followed all of our policies.
