We learned about Abode when my grandmother collapsed and ended up in the hospital near the end of her life. The doctor suggested we employ a hospice provider to help my brother and his wife who cared for her. That is when we met with Crystal, she was fantastic, and empathetic.

During the last couple of months their staff assisted my brother and his wife with all the difficult tasks, answered our millions of questions never once getting frustrated with us. When the end came they were there to be an additional shoulder for us to cry on.

After their services were no longer needed they also offered grief counseling and groups for us to attend. Which was nice but we are a private family so we are helping each other.

The only negative was they tried to send us a bunch of unneeded equipment without asking (we sent it back), so I would make sure to tell them up front that you want to approve products before they send them.
