My air conditioner failed last week on Wednesday This company was recommended to me by a contractor friend who had them replace his unit The owner of the business came out that night to evaluate my system He spent about an hour under the house trying to fix the old unit to save me the cost of a new He then spent a considerable amount of time explaining my option and the exact problem with my old unit (original to the house which was built in 1995) The next day I received several quotes that included the cost to replace all the duct work and install a completely new system I had several questions about the units he recommended and he called me back and again, in great detail, explained the difference in the two units I made my decision, the installation crew arrived the next day exactly on time, worked diligently all day long, and my air conditioning was up and running by that evening The owner called that evening, stopped by and personally inspected the work that was done, helped me to program my thermostat, and then gave me great information about caring for my system and making my home more energy efficient to save on cost This company was prompt, considerate, professional and did an excellent job at my house I highly recommend them!

Comfort Wizards Heating and Air Conditioning is a Carrier Dealer that installed a Heat Pump at my home in Raleigh, NCThis is a first class system including a new line set with a brand new condenserA very complete load calculation was doneThe owner himself came to my home and explained in detail what he would be doingAnd he did everything that he indicated he would be doingI could not be happier with what was doneThe unit is now year old

I hired Comfort Wizards to do major AC repair and replacement work in my 10-year-old home in and again in First, a coil replacement on the second-floor original system that had failedThen, running new conduits to a new sun room, followed by replacement of the first-floor system, including running a new conduit and vent to added room
The work was done carefully, professionally, and with detailed explanation of what they were doing, what they had completed, and how to use all the new components
I couldn't be more pleased with this company's work, fair pricing, and response to our needs!

I am on my second AC repair attempt with Comfort WizardsThey are not returning my calls or repairing my AC unitI have been without AC for days
Second attempt by Comfort Wizards to repair my AC First repair they replaced Dual Capacitor then the AC stopped working days later When they returned they had to order Condenser Fan Motor They have not returned my calls nor have they returned to replace the motorI have been without AC for days My upperstair stair level walls are beginning to grow mold as a result of the humidity I would like the company to come out and fixed the AC that they promised to fix

Comfort Wizards did not show up twice (on the appointment day) for the service for which I have already paid for in advance
The Air condition unit in my home stopped coolingI called comfort wizards to fix and they came next day ( May 14, 2018) and fixed it by replacing the capacitorThat time they said that, they can do the routine maintenance of my unit two times in an year (one during the summer and second one during the winter season)I agreed and I paid for the service they provided on May and also for the preventive maintenance service to be done in the futureI did not get any call from them for almost a month to schedule the work I called them and got a date on June 22, at amThey did not show up and I called their office in the afternoon and I asked for Technician's cell phone number so that I can better get an idea about his arrivalI was told that they do not give out the phone number of the techThey did not come the on that dayI sent text message

My boyfriend and I purchased a home in ***a Feb The previous homeowners supplied a home warranty through *** Home Warranty (I have several complaints into them as well)
Our AC unit was failing and I called the home warranty, Monday Aug They supplied a claim # as well as a company to call to schedule someone out to diagnose the system The company was Comfort Wizards I spoke with *** and she gave me an appt for Wednesday 8/ Upon their arrival, they informed me the unit outside was different from the unit inside The unit outside was replaced 8/because the compressor had gone on the original unit (the house was built and everything was installed 2009) and the homeowners replaced the outside unit all together The tech advised me he was going to submit the paperwork and get an approval # to come back out and test the system for leaks and then they could recharge the system Thursday Aug 4, by 1pm- I hadn't heard anything I called
