I was really satisfied with Mr. Krout. I called him on a Sunday because I had a bee problem. I took a picture and sent it to him. He is really knowledgeable, he called me back and informed me that they were Mexican honey bees. He came over on a Sunday and got rid of the bees. It is very rare for someone to come over on a Sunday. I was very satisfied with his work, expertise and commitment to provide excellent customer service. I would truly recommend him to anyone. A++
