Aborn True Value Hardware

In response to Revdex.com complaint #*** we could not except the return attempted on 9/20/on principle that said cooler at the point of leaving the store was no longer a product that we could deem or guarantee sanitary for resale to any of our patrons

I do not accept the validity of the company's argumentI spoke with a different True Value and they offered to accept my return (albeit for store credit since each True Value has a different owner)If another store was willing to accept my return then there should be no reason that Aborn True Value could not accept mineAlthough I am not familiar with typical store policies, questioning the sanitation of the cooler is absurd and I cannot imagine any other stores would hold such a policyWhat this comes down to is just poor customer service
